SigmaPro has produced molds with steel features tolerance and plus-or-minus 20-40 millionths of an inch. Our mold building efforts employ true precision builders with state-of-the-art Carmilles model 2020 wire EDM (0.001" wire size) and model 2400 conventional EDM working in cooperation with instrument makers for the finer mold detail pieces. SigmaPro will also build our ultra-precision systems around insert molded parts.
