We customarily design and develop products with near unbelievable size and tight tolerance limitations. We understand limits for high glass and mineral loading for material CLTE's near 0.00001 in/in/F and mold shrink rates near 0.0015. We are familiar with all standard and some nonstandard materials that will exactly replicate steel details, while providing HDT's above 500F. Our designs have successfully fulfilled requirements for chemical resistance, abrasion, flexure fatigue, long term hydrostatic stability, and aesthetics.
