We customarily design and develop products with near unbelievable size and tight tolerance limitations. We understand limits for high glass and mineral loading for material CLTE's near 0.00001 in/in/F and mold shrink rates near 0.0015. We are familiar with all standard and some nonstandard materials that will exactly replicate steel details, while providing HDT's above 500°F. Our designs have successfully fulfilled requirements for chemical resistance, abrasion, flexure fatigue, long term hydrostatic stability, and aesthetics.
